Onoff is on a strong growth path, and we’re seeking a bold, hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure powering all our products. In this leadership role, you’ll combine individual contribution (around 60%) with guiding a skilled DevOps team,cale ensuring our systems remain reliable, secure, and ready for global expansion.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Lead & mentor a 3-person DevOps team while contributing directly.
• Design, deploy & manage scalable AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate workflows.
• Oversee monitoring, metrics, and incident management with Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Optimise infrastructure costs and ensure business continuity through backups & disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD, scalability, and system performance.
  
  

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven DevOps leadership in SaaS, telecom, or large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, MySQL.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN) and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Proficiency with GitHub & GitHub Actions, plus modern monitoring systems.
• A strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and passion for mentoring.
