Persona Entertainment Oy is a Finnish startup creating a new kind of digital experience - one that blends emotion, creativity, and technology in a way that feels deeply human. We believe technology should make people feel closer, not further apart. We’re now entering a key growth phase and looking for a visionary yet hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team and lead Persona’s technical direction from the ground up. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of Persona’s digital platform 
• Lead the building and scaling of the product from concept to production 
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and creative team on product design and implementation 
• Manage internal and external developers (and grow the future tech team) 
• Ensure privacy, security, and sustainability in all technical solutions 
• Contribute to investor and partner discussions with clear technical insights 
• Prepare technical cost and resource estimates aligned with business goals 

What we’re looking for 

• Proven experience developing and launching complex digital products 
• Strong background in scalable cloud architecture and secure systems 
• Understanding of generative AI and LLM 
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and creative digital experiences 
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on problem-solving 
• Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment 
• Passion for meaningful, human-centered technology 
• Excellent communication skills in English 

Bonus points for 

• Experience with multimedia, creative tech, or innovative digital services 
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy or ethically sensitive projects 
• Previous startup or founding-team experience 
• Fluency in Finnish
