Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to join our client's growing FinTech team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital financial products, agile product management, and a deep understanding of customer-centric design. You will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of innovative financial solutions, ensuring product alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, roadmap planning, development, to post-launch evaluation.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and operations — to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to continuously improve product offerings.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure user experience remains at the core of product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards applicable in the FinTech domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the FinTech or digital banking industry.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, mobile banking, financial platforms, or financial APIs.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language.
• Certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or Agile Practitioner is a plus.
