Responsabilities

  • Security Support
  • Hands-on management of various Cybersecurity projects.
  • Implementing basic security controls (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
  • Assisting senior administrators in the implementation of security measures and various cybersecurity tasks.
  • Conducting and assisting in routine security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Assisting the MSSP team and other partners in incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Providing general Cybersecurity assistance and support to users.
  • Collaborate with multiple technical and nontechnical teams and partners worldwide.
  • Provide guidance on security challenges raised by internal users and collaborators.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on certain security-related decisions.
  • Assist with the definition and maintenance of various IT and cybersecurity processes
  • Participate in internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks and others.
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies.
  • Threat Intelligence & Detection
  • Monitor threat intelligence platforms and industry reports to identify emerging risks and
  • Participate in detection and mitigation proposals.
  • Contribute to internal threat detection by flagging suspicious situations.
  • Share relevant findings with team & manager.
  • Stay current with emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity.
  • Collaboration in Cybersecurity Projects
  • Participate in cross-functional security initiatives.
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity maturity.
  • Work closely with senior security administrators and architects to align operational activities with long-term goals.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, SIEM).
  • Support vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts across IT assets.
  • Work in labs to test and evaluate threats and security processes.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Recognized Certification in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, and overall technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge of networking (certification is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, Entra, Intune and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and system hardening practices.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as antivirus software, firewalls, and SIEM platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual | Very comfortable in both French and English (spoken and written) - International partners/division
