Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent or Certificate in IT / Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ IT field support experience
Experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Prior experience in airport systems or IT infrastructure is an advantage, not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all systems under care are available and meet required Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide support and maintenance for servers ,CUTE workstations, EVIDS screens, kiosks, Daktronics, and baggage consoles
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with SOPs and company policy
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades when required
  • Work in 24x7 shift rotation as per approved roster
  • Provide technical assistance to airline staff and engineers to ensure all systems front end and backend are in good condition as per the client needs
  • Maintain proper documentation and provide reports as needed and Ensure that all activities carried out are as per set standard operation procedure (SOP) and policy of organization.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
  • Familiarity with software applications and system configurations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service quality
