Qualifications
- Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent or Certificate in IT / Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ IT field support experience
- 0–3 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Prior experience in airport systems or IT infrastructure is an advantage, not mandatory
- Ensure all systems under care are available and meet required Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide support and maintenance for servers ,CUTE workstations, EVIDS screens, kiosks, Daktronics, and baggage consoles
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with SOPs and company policy
- Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades when required
- Work in 24x7 shift rotation as per approved roster
- Provide technical assistance to airline staff and engineers to ensure all systems front end and backend are in good condition as per the client needs
- Maintain proper documentation and provide reports as needed and Ensure that all activities carried out are as per set standard operation procedure (SOP) and policy of organization.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
- Familiarity with software applications and system configurations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality
