About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer with deep experience in security automation to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable security automation solutions to improve detection, response, and prevention capabilities across our organization.

This is a hands-on engineering position ideal for someone who thrives on automating security processes, integrating security tooling, and reducing manual effort through scripting, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• 3–6+ years of experience in information security, DevSecOps, or related fields.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with security orchestration and automation tools (e.g., Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR, AWS Lambda, Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Chronicle, etc.) and alert automation.
• Hands-on experience securing and automating in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and security tool integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with container security and automation (Kubernetes, Docker, Falco, etc.).
• Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, or relevant cloud security certifications.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code security scanning (e.g., Checkov, tfsec, Snyk).
