Senior Full Stack Engineer
Sydney - Hybrid
$170,000 + super + zero strike price shares package
Fed up of your work sitting in a backlog? You shape how thousands of products are built, moved, and delivered every day.
You’ll join a cross-functional squad tackling some of the most interesting engineering problems across automation, logistics, and operational scale. From building APIs and dashboards to optimising delivery orchestration, you’ll see the impact of your code in real time.
This isn’t just a traditional SaaS business. It’s a $1bn company building customisable products for thousands of customers and over 50 million individual purchases. This is a role which sits in the intersection of D2C, logistics and manufacturing and you’ll be building solutions for the complexities that go with that.
Next step is scaling internationally and to get there they have made strategic hires across the Senior Engineering team - Leaders from Canva, Principal ICs from Atlassian and senior engineers from start-ups and scale-ups.

- A track record of solving complex problems with clean, scalable code either for high scale tech companies or start-ups.
- Curiosity to dig into operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- A mindset focused on reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement
