Join a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up that's transforming the way organisations manage compliance and identity verification. Our client is seeking a Software Engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and wants their work to have a direct impact on a high-growth product.
You'll be part of a talented engineering team building modern, scalable solutions, working closely with product leaders and stakeholders to deliver meaningful features from concept to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into practical technical designs.
- Develop, test, and ship high-quality features across our SaaS platforms.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving bugs that keep the platform running smoothly.
- Contribute to product architecture and make smart technical trade-offs to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Participate in iterative delivery cycles, refining requirements and validating solutions as you go.
What We're Looking For
- 4-8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong, hands-on experience in TypeScript and Node.js (essential).
- Skills with MongoDB, React.js, and Jest are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and cloud-native development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain use cases, trade-offs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in start-ups or fast-paced environments is beneficial, collaborating closely with leadership or founders.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and comfort working in Scrum/Agile environments.
