Location: Rochedale, QLD (On-site full-time for the first 3 months, then hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Are you a passionate Data Analytics Developer ready to make an impact with your technical and analytical skills? Our client, a leading organisation based in Rochedale, is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic data team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics solutions that drive business insights and performance. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll develop interactive Power BI dashboards, optimise reporting performance, and build scalable data pipelines using the latest Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI visual and paginated reports, optimising for performance and usability
- Use SQL, DAX, and M Code for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across reporting systems
About You
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience with SQL, DAX, and Power BI (visual and paginated reports)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
- A solid understanding of data modelling, transformation, and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
