Senior DevOps Engineer (All Genders)

Location: Rosenheim, Bavaria (Hybrid / occasional office presence - 2 times a month)

Your Role:

As a Cloud/DevOps Lead, you will:

• Lead and manage (part of) teams in the cloud environment
• Develop, operate, and optimize cloud and hosting infrastructures for clients
• Advise clients on cloud strategies and architecture decisions
• Implement and maintain automation processes, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Monitor, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, reliable systems

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructures
• Experience in team leadership or enthusiasm for technical management
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (container orchestration)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud architectures
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design and operation
• Good knowledge of monitoring, scaling, and system stability
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients
• Willingness to continuously develop your skills in cloud technologies
• Bonus: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Fluent in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).
