We are looking for an Ops Engineer to join the team responsible for providing relevant, high-quality business information to various internal stakeholders and regulators to enable data-driven decision-making.

The key outcome is ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of the business reporting platform, supporting data-driven decisions and efficient internal business processes.

This role is within a DevOps squad that is fully responsible for its application from end-to-end. It is an Agile environment where feedback and fast learning are critical, and there is a high value placed on effective feedback skills and open culture. You will work intensely with colleagues both inside and outside your squad.

Collaborating closely with other Ops and Dev Engineers to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the platform.

• Platform Management: Configure and maintain core backend applications like Tableau, Denodo, and Grafana, adhering to SRE principles.

• Infrastructure and Networking: Maintain and optimize the underlying infrastructure, including Windows servers, networks, and storage systems, to support platform performance and scalability.

• Incident Response: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve platform incidents to minimize disruptions.

• DevOps: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.

• Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities across testing, performance, security, deployments, and monitoring processes.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT risk and security controls to protect system integrity.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Operations Engineer.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
