Frontend Developer

Frontend Developer - Industrial Robotics GUI:

• We are seeking a dedicated Frontend Developer to join one of our agile software development teams. This team is responsible for developing the Graphical User Interface (GUI) application used for the RobotWare installation process on our industrial robot controllers.
• You will play a critical role in delivering a robust, user-friendly, and reliable installation experience for our cutting-edge robotics technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the frontend GUI application using C#/.NET/WPF.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile team members, including backend developers, QA engineers, and product owners, to define and implement new features and improvements.
• Work with low-level components and interfaces, integrating the GUI with the underlying industrial robot control systems.
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality, high-performance code, ensuring the application meets high standards of stability and reliability.
• Apply your experience with C/C++ to handle system-level logic and integration points within the application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects.

Required Qualifications:

• Very Strong C#/.NET/WPF Background: Extensive, hands-on experience in building complex, high-performance desktop applications using the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) framework.
• 5+ years of experience developing software using C/C++.
• A proven track record of developing GUI applications and understanding UX principles.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience working within an agile development environment.
• Previous experience from assignments in Northern European companies is a requirement.
