We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Track and analyze key product metrics to monitor performance and ensure smooth operation;
Analyze player funnels and user behavior to understand engagement and drop-off points;
Research competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities;
Conduct user and data research to inform product decisions;
Identify and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience, retention and business outcomes;
Implement product changes, design and run experiments, and evaluate results;
Utilize configuration settings and CRM capabilities to enhance user engagement and performance metrics
Gather and structure product requirements, write specs and user stories;
Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization;
Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, development, content and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry;
Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement;
Strong analytical mindset and ability to build data-based hypotheses;
Deep understanding of user motivation and decision-making behavior;
Knowledge of UX fundamentals and ability to identify and solve user pain points.
