What You Will

• Own the end-to-end product journey — from identifying real problems to launching scalable solutions — by asking not just what we build, but why and when.
• Prioritize: like an investor — use development time wisely and focus on features that bring the most business value, user impact, or strategic benefit.
• Keep your backlog focused on real problems — not just feature requests — by listening to users, analyzing data, and aligning with product vision.
• Make smart, data-driven product decisions — and when data is limited, use your intuition to move forward, learn fast, and iterate.
• Lead agile ceremonies and manage the full product release cycle — define goals, set success metrics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate deeply with engineers and designers — not just to ship features, but to build impactful solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Communicate with impact — from product demos to user stories, always connect team efforts back to real outcomes.

What We Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong knowledge of agile development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence
• Clear communicator able to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience launching and iterating digital products.
• Proven ability to lead product teams through planning, design, development, and delivery
• Hands-on and proactive mindset — able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working on customer engagement platforms, omnichannel marketing tools, or personalization engines.
• Familiarity with fintech, telecom, or SaaS domains — ideally in high-volume or regulated environments.
• Experience applying AI tools and techniques in day-to-day product work to increase efficiency and deliver better outcomes.
