Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across LAN/WAN environments
• Configure and deploy Mikrotik solutions across customer and internal networks
• Support day-to-day network operations for a service provider environment
• Implement and maintain wireless and microwave solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades
• Provide documentation and support for network changes and projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Mikro Tik configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment
• Experience with LAN/WAN routing and switching in ISP or telecom environments
• Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP)
