About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead – Source to Settle with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement. The ideal candidate will lead functional evaluations, solution design, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle procurement modules.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead – Source to Settle with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement. The ideal candidate will lead functional evaluations, solution design, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle procurement modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis of business requirements.
- Lead design discussions and workshops to address process gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules to ensure a best-fit solution.
- Responsible for functional solution design, application setup, and testing.
- Prepare and maintain functional and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and support custom extensions (CEMLI components).
- Participate in system testing to ensure solutions perform as expected.
- Utilize industry best practices in design and development.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement.
- Strong product knowledge of:
- Purchasing
- iProcurement
- Sourcing
- Supplier Lifecycle Management
- iSupplier Portal
- Proven configuration knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement modules.
- Hands-on experience in 4–5 full-cycle implementations or rollouts.
- Good understanding of customizations, including reports, OAF, and Oracle Mobile applications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional IT teams.
- Deep understanding of Oracle standard processes and integrations.
- Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
