Paribu, which was founded in 2017 as a cryptocurrency trading platform, continues to move forward in its journey as a technology company that stands by its original values. As we leave our seventh year behind, 7 million Paribu users are capturing the world of tomorrow with us.

What do we expect?

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to create and execute exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Establishing and implementing product strategy, roadmap, and setting standards at the UI level
• Advancing concepts from research, through exploration, prototype creation, to production
• Ensuring that an end-product design meets the core business objectives while providing users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency
• Taking part in routine design assessments to solicit specific feedback on your designs and integrate applicable suggestions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional Product Design experience
• Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful works that solve problems
• Experience in digital products and services interaction design for web and mobile
• Excellence in UI/UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Understanding of UX research assets such as exploratory research reports, analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across the organization and at various levels
• Supporting compelling storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to stakeholders
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Professional proficiency in verbal and written English
• Self-driven and organized, able to navigate complex problems and ambiguities
• Detail-oriented, able to see the big picture, and think out of the box
• A desire to work on a growing and evolving design team, helping shape its culture and operations
