Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Epicor Project Manager to manage complex Epicor ERP implementations and ongoing improvements. This role is perfect for a proactive and highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering successful ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (Epicor ERP Implementations):

Lead and manage full lifecycle Epicor ERP implementations, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and communications.

Champion and adhere to company implementation methodology and approach.

Lead business and functional requirements definition, scope prioritisation, and project governance.

Maintain overall control of the project scope, budget, and schedule.

Plan, organise, lead, and monitor the activities of project teams. Conduct regular project status updates, both internally and with clients.

Manage project risks, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and escalation when necessary.

Drive post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Coordinate and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, including upgrades and new installations.

Support commercial project reconciliation and assist in cash collection where required.

Key Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Epicor ERP.

Proven success in leading mid-market ERP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of project governance and PMO best practices.

Experience managing cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and external partners.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, or similar.

Strong operational experience with planning & scheduling.

Professional presence and strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Ability to quickly and effectively build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is highly desirable.

An understanding of manufacturing principles is desirable.

Proficiency in Salesforce Certinia PSA desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working within an Epicor partner organisation.

Knowledge of Epicor modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Service Management.

Familiarity with Time & Materials (T&M) project delivery models.

A degree in Technology or Manufacturing is desirable.
