Senior Software Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Software Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects in the software and IT domain. If you are passionate about project management, have a strong technical background, and can effectively manage cross-functional teams, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate teams including PMO, Data Scientists, Delivery, and Software Development teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to guide projects through the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Fluency in English is required (native or near-native proficiency).
• German language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
