The Company

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on BI Manager to take ownership of our business intelligence function. You’ll lead the design, delivery, and optimization of our reporting and analytics capabilities — with a strong focus on Power BI as our enterprise reporting platform.

You’ll also play a key role in building and managing a BI team, developing the skills, structure, and culture needed to scale insight delivery across the business.

Role And Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Building:

• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing BI team (analysts, developers, data visualization specialists).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• BI Strategy & Delivery:

• Define and execute the BI roadmap in line with company objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Power BI Ownership:

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Establish and enforce Power BI governance, including workspace management, access control, and data model standards.
• Data Management:

• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data sources are accurate, reliable, and optimized for reporting.
• Implement best practices around data visualization, storytelling, and performance optimization.
• Insight & Decision Support:

• Drive business performance by delivering actionable insights and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Champion data literacy and self-service analytics across teams.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and deployment).
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Experience in hiring and managing teams, ideally within a BI or analytics function.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• A problem-solver who combines analytical rigor with creative insight.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or similar).
