We are in search of an experienced Scrum Master who can lead our Agile teams by ensuring they focus on critical tasks and uphold their commitments. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Job Description


Roles And Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Empower the team to concentrate on high-priority tasks and commitments, fostering accountability and timely delivery.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering the team’s progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guide the team in implementing Agile best practices and principles.
  • Monitor team performance metrics to ensure effective delivery and provide insights for potential improvements.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, transparent, and trusting environment within the team and across the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance in Agile practices to stakeholders and team members.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex team dynamics.

  • Strong verbal and written skills to clearly articulate ideas, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to navigate complex team dynamics and remain calm while helping the team overcome challenges.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches as the team and project needs to evolve.
  • Prioritizing the needs of the team, serving as a facilitator and guide rather than a directive authority.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify impediments and find creative solutions to help the team progress.
  • Excellence in facilitating meetings and Scrum ceremonies, keeping them focused and productive.
