Position Overview

A leading fit-out company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK fit-out and construction industry, with a proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of fit-out and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor the delivery team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the fit-out and construction industry, with significant experience in the UK market preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
