Senior Android Engineer – Fully remote in the UK

The client is a unique tech for good scale up who have built a high Fidelity tracking application for the navigation both inside and outside of buildings.

Having initially been to assist within closed networks the business has expanded to being installed across cities / transport networks / major streets. Through their application they are able to give accurate guidance door-to-door!

The business were founded 3 years and currently have 30 employees across tech, product, sales and marketing.

The Role

As a Senior Android engineer, you will join a team of two other android engineers, working with a growing tech team and also with the both product and research team. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of key projects where the main project is rearchitecting there current mobile app into Kotlin.

Requirements:

• STEM Degree - (MSc or PhD ideally)
• 5+ years minimum commercial experience in android development (Ideally within a start-up)
• Experience in Kotlin
• Strong architecture experience
