Technical Project Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee development and delivery for a full-stack web and mobile platform. This role combines project management, QA, and light technical coordination, ensuring that priorities stay organized, communication is clear, and execution stays on track. You’ll run daily stand-ups, manage task tracking, and collaborate closely with engineers building a React/Next.js platform that integrates multiple third-party APIs. Full-time. Fully remote.

Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.Hours: 9am–5pm CST

Pay: $1,500/mo

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily stand-ups, follow up on blockers, and ensure tasks move forward on schedule
• Maintain and organize the project tracking system (Asana, Linear, or similar), keeping tickets, priorities, and acceptance criteria up to date
• Track development progress and provide concise updates on current work, upcoming features, and any risks
• Perform QA on both web and mobile builds, identifying bugs, reproducing issues, and documenting fixes with clarity and precision
• Support the data ingestion process by assisting with data entry, cleanup, and reporting of API-related errors
• Produce and maintain clear documentation including changelogs, feature notes, and internal SOPs
• Partner with developers to sequence and prioritize work based on dependencies, effort, and business impact
• Communicate proactively with leadership, surfacing progress updates and potential risks early

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or technical coordination for software products
• Proven track record running projects from planning to delivery across full-stack or mobile builds
• Strong written and verbal English communication with excellent attention to detail
• Experience managing projects in Asana, ClickUp, Linear, or similar systems
• Comfortable performing QA and logging reproducible bugs for engineering teams
• Basic understanding of web application architecture and API-driven products
• Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
• Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React or Next.js platforms
• Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines or ETL workflows
• Previous experience working with small, cross-functional engineering teams
