Full Stack Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications, ensuring smooth user experience, and collaborating with other team members through written communication due to our asynchronous work culture. I will be handling all video calls. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm CST (expect to work 20-40 hours per week).

Salary: $2,800/mo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using (Python or Node.js) and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Create and maintain documentation for ongoing projects.
• Follow agile development methodologies to meet project deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Python or Node.
• 3+ years of experience in React.
• Experience using AI to speed up their development. But reviewing output closely.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills, as we prioritize written over verbal communication due to our async culture.
