Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will support the Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations & PMI teams by designing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. You will be the go-to expert for ensuring the reliability of a key data mart, powering analytical models, and delivering actionable insights through Power BI.

You are methodical, curious, and comfortable with both technical and business topics. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and value collaboration across teams.

Key Missions

  • Monitoring & Enhancement of a Data Mart Maintain and improve a business-critical data mart. Monitor its performance and reliability, ensure data quality and consistency, and work with data engineering to scale it as needs evolve.
  • Creation & Monitoring of a Calculation Pipeline Build and oversee robust calculation pipelines that power operational and financial analytics. Ensure outputs are consistent, traceable, and maintainable.
  • Dashboard Creation & Stakeholder Support (Power BI) Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards using Power BI. Provide training and support to stakeholders, ensuring they can access and interpret data autonomously.

Your Responsibilities

  • Structure and document data flows and calculation logic
  • Perform detailed data quality analyses and troubleshoot anomalies
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to translate needs into data products
  • Support cost modeling, project tracking, and FinOps-related initiatives through your data assets
  • Act as a data steward: ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility of key metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst (2+ years preferred)
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker)
  • Comfortable working with calculation logic, KPIs, and cross-domain metrics
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive communicator
  • Bonus: experience with Azure, Python, dbt, or cloud cost analytics
