As the Head of HR, Europe (EU), you will play a pivotal role in building up a professional HR team which supports the EU region. Leading a team of regional HR professionals, you'll oversee various aspects including HR operations, local HR policy, people management, and developing a strategic people strategy aligned with OKX's business objectives for the reg

ion.This is a strategic senior role that will be responsible for creating the people strategy across EU and driving initatives in collaboration with other global HR functions for the business across the region. You'll be a close HR partner to the local leadership team, guiding proactive solutions across a wide spectrum of activities such as talent planning, HR policy development, employee engagement and more. Your role also involves being the regional expert with deep knowledge of the local nuances, market practice and employes and develop programs that are responsive to our people’s needs, echo our company values and will scale as we continue to grow both regionally and globa
