An expanding third-party risk management consulting company with its HQ in London, is currently looking to build on their excellent foundation by adding its 1st Business development specialist to drive business growth across the Baltic banking and financial services sector. This role will give you the opportunity to shape and establish best-in-class solutions in a high-growth region.
This role will be reporting directly to the MD, and he is looking for a candidate who will leverage his/her strong sales background and regional network to expand market adoption of their Screening and background checks, as well as Third-Party Assurance services, which include onboarding, ongoing monitoring, due diligence, and offboarding of supplier risk.
Key responsibilities for this role will include developing a GTM strategy, building and maintaining key relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 5 years’ + direct experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the banking and financial services sector.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance solutions is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of building and leveraging networks in the Baltic, Scandinavian and European financial sector; strong client contacts and relationships are a must.
- Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management principles.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian) a plus.
