We’re looking for a Staff Engineer who is not only technically strong but also passionate about mentorship, transformation, and building very large scale systems that operate Globally. Together with one other Staff Engineer (very nice person) you will drive technical excellence and work on the most impactful initiatives together with 5 Engineering teams, in total ~40 devs that operate from multiple locations Globally. This role is about much more than writing code; you’ll help define a new architectural vision, inspire change across teams, and coach mid-level and senior engineers on best practices to raise the overall engineering bar.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead by example: Co-develop with the team, ensuring high-quality, tested, and scalable solutions.
  • Design for scale: Architect and build a highly scalable platform from scratch with a true product mindset.
  • Fuel transformation: Champion modernization, inspire the team through change, and drive adoption of cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on impact: Build POCs and architecture skeletons, guiding teams to bring them to life.
  • Mentor & coach: Support mid-level engineers in mastering clean code, SOLID principles, pipelines, and best practices.
  • Optimize delivery: Refine the engineering cycle — testing, owning, and pushing code confidently into production.
  • Multi-task with impact: Dive into complex problems across multiple teams while keeping projects moving forward.
  • Shape resilience: Introduce practices that ensure performance, security, and scalability long-term.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in software engineering, with a strong .NET background and deep expertise in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable architectures and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience guiding teams through change and transformation, with the energy to inspire and fuel progress.
  • Strong coaching mindset: able to mentor engineers and elevate overall technical practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of system architecture, SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
  • Track record of balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution (building prototypes, skeletons, and guiding implementation).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle priorities across multiple teams.

What’s on offer:

  • Solid compensation and benefits with a permanent contract from the start
  • Work flexibility: Hybrid + option to work from international offices.
  • Innovation-driven culture: A place where new ideas are encouraged and can become reality.
  • Career growth: Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

We're also hiring Senior devs (.Net) that care about clean code and best practices for high load systems that operate Globally.
