The Scrum Leader serves a dual function as both a Scrum Master and Team Leader, combining agile facilitation with technical and people leadership. The Scrum Leader also acts as a bridge between the team and the wider organization, driving accountability, quality, and collaboration across development and validation cycles.
Acting as a servant-leader and coach, the Scrum Leader supports the team in meeting commitments, resolving impediments, and continuously improving processes. In parallel, they lead performance management, support skills development, and align team capabilities with strategic and technical goals.
Your mission will be…
- Ensure test backlogs are well-defined, refined, and prioritized based on business and engineering value;
- Proactively remove blockers to test execution or delivery, including issues involving test environments, tooling, or dependencies;
- Interface with development, DevOps, and release teams to ensure aligned and reliable test readiness;
- Collaborate with the Test Architect to co-define team OKRs that reflect both management direction and testing priorities;
- Monitor and report on key team metrics such as test coverage, automation ratios, defect trends, and test cycle efficiency;
- Foster an environment of team work, collaboration and continuous improvement and ownership.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or team lead in embedded or system-level testing environments;
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Jira, X-ray, Confluence and CI/CD pipelines;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Excellent people leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
