About the Role
We’re seeking a Software Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) who will work directly with our customers to ensure successful deployment and integration of Freya’s systems in Turkey.
This role blends technical expertise, customer interaction, and problem-solving, bridging the gap between engineering and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions,
- Manage end-to-end system setup, integration, and deployment processes,
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization,
- Communicate customer feedback to the product team to guide product improvements,

- Docker, Python, TypeScript, Next.js
Nice to Have / Will Learn
- LiveKit, WebSockets / WebRTC, DevOps practices, TanStack
