We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, Norwegian consultancy founded in 2018 by former IT project managers and technology strategists from global leading IT firms.

Their vision? Build a tight-knit, high-impact team that cuts through bureaucracy to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation for Norway’s leading public and private sector organisations.

This consultancy is still small by design with a current team of 10 senior consultants - all with backgrounds in IT project and change management. Their clients are top-tier, and the work is complex, strategic, and technology-driven.

You’ll be joining a team of experienced IT Project Managers, and you'll play a key role in helping clients deliver major technology initiatives in areas like Cloud, Infrastructure, ITSM, and Software Development.

Role

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, bridge business and IT, and help clients successfully deliver high-stakes digital projects. This is not a PMO reporting role - it's hands-on, strategic, and delivery-focused.

Desired Competence:

• 4+ years’ experience in consulting, leading digital or IT transformation projects
• A track record of delivering projects in one or more of the following areas: Cloud, ITSM, infrastructure, or software development
• Experience working with both IT and business stakeholders
• Professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, PMP) are a plus
• A structured, proactive, and independent working style
• A degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent Norwegian language skills.
