Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Interaction Designer to join our client's team and contribute to designing cutting-edge SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma and experience in designing high-fidelity, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with existing design systems to create components and solutions that align with the company's style and patterns. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces and interactions using Figma, including prototyping and design systems management.
• Interpret shaping documents or user stories to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Determine when to use wireframes versus high-fidelity designs and apply them effectively to projects.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex design problems and create new components that fit within an existing design system.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver designs quickly without compromising quality.
• Work on UX problem-solving tasks related to marketing and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and components.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma: Interaction design, prototyping, and creating/working within design systems.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and interpret user stories into actionable designs.
• Experience designing SaaS applications, ideally in marketing SaaS or FinTech (not mandatory but preferred).
• Ability to solve complex UX problems with structured, creative approaches.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience with creating design systems is a plus.
• Front-end development knowledge is a nice-to-have but not required.
