We are seeking a Technical Lead .NET (Freelance) for a 3-month mission with our client in Brussels. What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Owning the end-to-end technical responsibility for software systems within the application team
• Actively contributing to development: coding, feature development, and bug fixes
• Preparing detailed technical deliverables, including documentation for software releases and infrastructure requests
• Managing configuration change requests to ensure system stability and performance
• Designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems in collaboration with the architecture team
• Collaborating with analysts to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Conducting thorough code reviews and implementing stringent quality assurance processes
• Optimizing software performance and proactively addressing bottlenecks
• Incorporating up-to-date security practices and ensuring compliance with architectural decisions
• Evaluating and integrating new technologies that align with business objectives
• Leading the resolution of complex technical issues and providing expert troubleshooting and support
• Ensuring alignment with strategic architecture while making complementary design choices as needed
