Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders
• Define the technical roadmap and drive architectural decisions for the platform
• Modernize development tools and technologies to maintain competitive edge
• Coach and mentor senior engineers on technical solutions and best practices
• Represent Engineering in some customer meetings and technical discussions
• Lead security and compliance initiatives (ISO27001, SOC2)

Experience/Skills:

• Leading technical teams of 3+ engineers
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: C#/.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Windows Server
• Understanding of SaaS product architecture and key success drivers
• Hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud native technologies
• Track record of successfully driving modernization projects
• Software architecture expertise
• Excellent English communication skills; Finnish language appreciated
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
