The Role

Technical Leadership
- Define architectural strategy and technical roadmap for the platform
- Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies and containerization
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers
- Collaborate with Product Management on backlog prioritization
- Coach team members on technical solutions and engineering best practices
Strategic Engagement
- Represent Engineering in customer discussions and technical meetings
- Make key architectural decisions that shape the product's future
- Evaluate and implement modern development tools and frameworks

What You'll Bring
Required:
- 3+ years leading engineering teams from technical perspective
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server)
- Understanding of SaaS architecture and scalability principles
- Proven track record modernizing legacy systems
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- Software architecture design expertise
- Finnish language skills
