The Role

You'll provide technical leadership while managing a talented engineering team in a fast-growing environment.

Technical Leadership

• Define architectural strategy and technical roadmap for the platform
• Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies and containerization

Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers
• Collaborate with Product Management on backlog prioritization
• Coach team members on technical solutions and engineering best practices

Strategic Engagement

• Represent Engineering in customer discussions and technical meetings
• Make key architectural decisions that shape the product's future
• Evaluate and implement modern development tools and frameworks

Technical Environment

Core Technologies:

C#/.NET • Microsoft Azure • SQL Server • Windows Server • Kubernetes • Docker • Cloud-native architecture

Experience with our full stack is valuable but we prioritize leadership and learning ability

What You'll Bring

Required:

• 3+ years leading engineering teams from technical perspective
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server)
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and scalability principles
• Proven track record modernizing legacy systems
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization
• Software architecture design expertise
• Finnish language skills
