Position

We are looking for a UX Designer with experience in designing complex interfaces and interactions to join our multidisciplinary team.

The candidate will be responsible for conceiving, prototyping, and validating HMI solutions for automotive applications, and digital products, working closely with designers, researchers, and developers.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze user and context requirements;
• Design and prototype interfaces and interaction flows (wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes);
• Participate in usability testing and user research activities;
• Collaborate with development teams to define and implement design solutions;
• Contribute to the creation of UX/UI guidelines and continuous improvement of design processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the automotive sector or similar domains (industrial, transportation, infotainment, etc.);
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Figma and other leading design/prototyping tools;
• Interest (academic or professional) in HMI design and interaction design;
• Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Other information

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: On-site work in Turin
