We’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Web Developer (60–70% front-end, 30–40% back-end) to help us build, evolve, and scale our Azure GenAI platform, with a strong focus on the Secure GPT service.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Own the web application’s performance, quality, and security.
• Design, develop, and deliver new features and enhancements for our Secure GPT service.
• Work closely with a small, agile, and international team that values innovation and autonomy.
• Take full ownership of new developments and service issues — driving them from concept to delivery.
• Resolve complex (L3) technical incidents with precision and creativity.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs and usage metrics to fuel continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

🧩 Your Skills & Experience

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript development with React / Next.js (front-end).
• Experience with Node.js and RESTful / GraphQL APIs (back-end).
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and API management.
• Experience with GitHub / DevOps pipelines and IaC concepts.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining automation scripts to streamline operations.
• A true Fullstack mindset — comfortable moving between front-end and back-end challenges.

⭐ Bonus Points For

• Experience with Terraform or Bicep for infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools (Application Insights, Grafana, etc.).
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude.ai, or other Generative AI tools.
• 3–5 years’ experience in web application operations & feature development within Azure.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and communication skills.
