We're looking for a IT Product Manager to join our IT Team in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. He/She will be responsible for planning, and overseeing technology projects within the organization, and will esure that projects ara successfully delivered, meeting the specified objectives and aligning with business goals and requirements. As well as he/she will play a vital role in keeping IT teams informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and values.

What will you do?

  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and progress across teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver internal communication initiatives that keep our IT community informed, connected, and engaged.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and updates to share milestones, address concerns, and drive collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and proactively communicate actions and results.
  • Foster an open and transparent culture where knowledge sharing and teamwork thrive.

Your professional background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing IT or digital projects.
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of internal communication tools, content planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with change management, ITIL, or organizational communication best practices is highly valued.
