Senior Product Manager Metal Cards

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, payment-savvy and business-oriented owner for EP Metal Card products in G+D premium product segment. Bring in or build swiftly a good command of metal cards in terms of feature and function in order to translate a roadmap into requirements for stakeholders in product lifecycle management. Plays a pivotal role in providing technical support to our sales team globally, strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners, and driving the development and qualification of new metal card products based on market insights.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the growth strategy of premium metal cards, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical and product support to sales teams, including customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders on product features, processes, and delivery.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Support product development teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on pricing strategies for existing and new products.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify improvements and opportunities.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify new products, markets, and innovation opportunities.
  • Collect and integrate customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve products and mitigate risks.


Qualifications and skills

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, technical sales, or technical marketing, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding, including manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property and product development processes is a plus.
