If YOU ARE
- Proficient in product management, business analysis, and product marketing of digital products
- Demonstrating proven ownership and value during the whole PDLC to our external and internal clients
- Hands-on in designing, developing, and managing software products and/or software solutions
- An analytical, data-oriented, and consumer-centered professional
- Knowledgeable in developing software product specs, prioritizing product backlog, managing roadmap, market and competitors’ analysis, and monitoring
- An effective communicator and speaking up in front of diverse audiences
- Excellent in people and management when interacting with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Proactive and driven by a 'get things done' attitude and strategic thinking
- A holder of MBA, Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC) III or higher (would be a plus)
- Showing technical background, working with IoT, AI, RPA, BI/Big Data (nice to have)
- Experienced in successful implementation of decision support systems, data warehouses, and data integration (as a bonus)
- Skilled in configuring and integrating CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and Sitecore (as a perk)
- Be in charge of challenging and interesting pre-sales, product discoveries, ideation projects, proof of concept, and MVP development
- Analyze the market, evaluate the competitive landscape, summarize market problems, and frame product distinctive competence
- Understand product place in overall company strategy and portfolio; describe product's main focus and problem statement to address; elaborate the product roadmap
- Identify the opportunity window in the current market/problem-solving focus
- Ideate around a possible product value proposition
- Accommodate the innovation framework and approaches to bring outstanding value
- Facilitate, frame, and assist in PoC implementation to prove the product value and get early market feedback, or check the technical feasibility
- Ensure PoC evaluation and feedback gathering upon results, analyzing the next steps
- Proceed with market validation: trend watching, market feedback monitoring, product success metrics (customer usage analysis, NPS, etc.) on product/ individual features level
- Frame the main User/Buyer personas to be addressed within product scope and map product features addressing their problems
- Structure and decompose the product scope, writing business, and functional requirements if needed
- Drive feature development
- Guide our clients, large enterprises and software product companies, through product discovery and product strategy framing process
- Maximize the customer and business value provided by their products
- Assimilate best practices from experts by working in a team of top-notch experts, and learning from leaders from different organizations
