Are you a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in AI and ITOM? Are you passionate about building scalable, future-proof solutions that transform enterprise IT and operations?

We’re looking for a bilingual (Swedish & English) developer to join a highly regarded European ServiceNow consultancy working on enterprise-level digital transformation projects across the Nordics and DACH region. With 30+ years of experience, 200+ consultants, and 250+ ongoing projects, we are at the forefront of driving smart, agile service management solutions.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions with a focus on AI automation, ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, AIOps)
• Collaborate closely with architects and consultants in hybrid teams across Sweden and Europe
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across major enterprise clients
• Work in a hybrid model with flexibility and autonomy

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Senior Developer
• Strong technical skills in ITOM and working knowledge of AI/ML use cases within ServiceNow
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Based in Sweden or open to relocation
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

🎯 Vi söker dig som har

• Flera års erfarenhet som ServiceNow-utvecklare, gärna som senior
• Teknisk kompetens inom ITOM och förståelse för AI/ML-användning i ServiceNow
• Flytande svenska och engelska
• Är bosatt i Sverige eller villig att flytta hit
• Är lösningsorienterad och självgåend
