Our consulting agency client is looking for a Product Designer to join their team for 8-10 weeks. This will be remote and starting in mid-end of November (running until mid-January).
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping innovative digital products. Your daily activities will include developing UI prototypes, refining product design, and documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert. You will be responsible for engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. You will communicate user experience design to key stakeholders and collaborators, and promote UX design across different levels of the organization.
You will:
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation to guide the development process.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas and concepts.
• Be able to give (and receive) constructive feedback to other designers and developers.
• Create UX artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, mobile views and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
• Be able to self-manage your time and responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Figma and using a design system.
• Proficiency in UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
