Technical Project Manager - CRM Implementation

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager- CRM Implementation for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical implementation of SugarCRM (or comparable CRM)
• Coordinate closely with Sugar’s assigned PM to align timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Ensure internal teams stay on track across requirements gathering, delivery, and QA
• Identify and address delivery gaps, and help establish repeatable processes
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage project documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CRM implementations (SugarCRM preferred)
• Strong technical background with ability to guide and support engineering teams
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
