Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support a strategic project focused on management control and analytical cost/revenue allocation within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected consultant will be responsible for:

• Analyzing, optimizing, and implementing systems for analytical reallocation of costs and revenues.
• Conducting analysis of the ALM business line's analytical result breakdown (impact assessment and solution design).
• Organizing and leading workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Drafting comprehensive documentation related to project activities.
• Supporting onboarding efforts for business units involved in the management control stream of the project (problem exposure, solution sharing, impact analysis, guidance).
• Contributing to the development of analytical control reports.

Profile Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in dashboarding tools, especially Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Change Management principles.
• Deep knowledge of operational processes relevant to management control and financial systems.
• Solid experience in the banking sector and its various activities.

Key Expertise:

• Proven experience in cost and revenue management (Cost Accounting & Management Control).
• Experience in Project Management, particularly in onboarding new users and business units.
• Demonstrated success in Change Management initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations and financial reporting.
