Project Manager

About this Role

As a Project Manager within VOIS Romania, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of one or more complex projects across an international matrix environment. This role requires a strategic and structured approach to project delivery, ensuring that new and enhanced products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate with teams from Group Technology and global Operating Companies (OpCos), driving excellence in execution and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of project management including scope definition, detailed planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and manage international matrix teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project governance processes and demonstrate best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide accurate progress reporting and manage risks and issues with timely escalation.
• Engage and manage external third parties alongside internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the delivery model and propose transformation initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

What skills you need

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Experience managing multiple and complex projects across the full lifecycle of IT product development.
• Strong background in international matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Overview knowledge of data centre and cloud infrastructure.
• Overview knowledge of application architecture.
• Certifications in Prince2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience within an IT environment.
