Fullstack Java/Scala developer - Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a professional full stack Scala/Java developer for our banking/finance applications. Tietoevry Banking delivers scalable and modular Banking as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.

What You Will Do

• Full stack development on Banking/Finance applications, primarily on the backend side in Micos, our switching solution for ATM´s.
• Be a part of one of our product teams.
• You will develop great software products with an end-to-end responsibility using agile methodologies
• Our agile delivery model means that you will participate in several projects at the same time, which requires the ability to collaborate and prioritize
• Contribute to developing our ATM and Cash management technology and software in the Nordics.
  
  

What we are looking for (any of the following competencies):

• Familiar with Java and & Scala.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with containers in either OpenShift or AWS.
• Experience with front-end web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• An understanding of basic security principles.
• Scaling and large amounts of data.
• Passion for continual learning
• Team oriented.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with unit testing and TDD.
• Experience in CI tools and frameworks.
• Fluent English is necessary to work in an international work environment.
