When joining Tietoevry Create as a Java Developer, you will
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address these issues
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using Java (version 11 or higher) and related technologies such as Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Solid background in working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Experience participating in large-scale development projects and applying Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent
- Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A degree in IT or/and relevant certification (Java SE Developer Certification or equivalent) would be a strong advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
- High development standards (code reviews, knowledge sharing meetings) and agile, motivating work environment

- Salary from 3000 EUR to 4500 EUR gross + benefits package (health insurance, accidents insurance, team buildings, games, food treats, company events and etc.). Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. Alternative compensation options may be considered depending on qualifications
