About Company

We are a fast-paced startup dedicated to transforming the pharmacy and healthcare landscape. We understand the vital role that seamless communication and effective solutions play in enhancing patient care, and we are committed to delivering innovative products that meet the needs of healthcare providers and pharmacies.

The Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the Company’s core platform. You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the app’s performance, optimize the backend, and improve the overall user experience.

This role is ideal for engineers with a strong product mindset, who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and love to take ownership from idea to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to deliver new features and optimize existing ones.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Work autonomously while staying aligned with broader product and engineering goals.

Tech Stack

  • Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, GraphQL
  • Cloud: AWS or Azure
  • Architecture: Fullstack – balanced focus between front-end and back-end
  • Data: Work closely with databases and optimize data flow for better access and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in fullstack development, ideally within startup or product-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Product-oriented mindset and the ability to think beyond the code — understanding the “why” behind each feature.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Fluent English (B2+ level). Accents are perfectly fine — what matters is clarity and collaboration.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

  • Are curious, resourceful, and thrive on solving problems.
  • Enjoy working directly with product leaders and contributing ideas.
  • Like having creative freedom — your manager won’t say “no” easily, but will expect ownership and initiative.
  • Can handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure (the team is small and collaborative).

What Company Offers

  • Opportunity to join a high-impact startup with global reach.
  • Real ownership and freedom to innovate.
  • Collaboration with talented peers in an international environment.
  • Support for your professional growth and continued learning.
  • Equity participation — Company believes in sharing success with those who help build it.

Working Hours

  • 09:00 to 18:00 (time according to your location) – Company is based in Austin, TX

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Improving backend performance and overall system optimization.
  • Reducing friction in the app (fewer clicks, smoother navigation).
  • Increasing delivery speed and quality through well-structured code.
  • Building trust with the team and becoming a key technical voice in decision-making.
