About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our progressive and innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions that support our business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging the latest technologies, and ensuring best practices in software craftsmanship. As a leader, you will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the evolution of our technology roadmap. You will operate in a hybrid environment, utilizing both on-premises and multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Your expertise will drive the next generation of our products, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering large-scale systems
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+), including async/await, LINQ, multithreading, and memory management
- Proficiency with ASP.NET Core (Web API / MVC / Minimal APIs) and .NET security protocols (OAuth2/OpenID Connect)
- Experience with Entity Framework Core and relational data access, including performance tuning and migrations
- Hands-on experience designing and building microservices architectures
- Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for AWS
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Understanding of system performance optimization, JVM tuning, and profiling tools
- Deep understanding of RESTful API development, API security, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Leverage modern technologies and tools to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions
- Operate within a hybrid environment, including on-premises and multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the technology roadmap
- Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Contribute to evaluating and integrating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our systems
- Demonstrate a high sense of ownership and accountability for all deliverables
- Support system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts
- Engage in API development, security, and documentation to ensure seamless integration and usability
